AUSTIN, Texas — University of Texas senior Jordan Windle earned the platform diving title on Wednesday night at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center to help the Longhorns win the Big 12 Men's Swimming and Diving championship. Texas claimed its 25th-consecutive Big 12 Conference crown and extended its streak of consecutive league titles to 42, all under legendary coach Eddie Reese.
The current streak dates back to the 1980 Southwest Conference championship. The Longhorns have now recorded a total of 63 conference titles (38 Southwest Conference, 25 Big 12 Conference).
