NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee Titans won't get receiver Corey Davis back this Sunday vs. Cleveland, but it won't be long.
Davis will miss his fifth consecutive game since re-injuring his hamstring in Week 2 against the Jaguars, but he confirmed Wednesday that he's "real close" to a return.
The Titans' Week 8 bye comes at a perfect time for Davis as he can use the extra week to get that hamstring 100 percent before attempting to play the following Sunday, Nov. 5 against Baltimore. Davis has a reasonable chance to return for the Ravens game if he doesn't have any setbacks.
