Lawsuit against Dak Prescott moved to different county

A lawsuit filed against Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott by a woman accusing him of sexual assault has been moved to Texas' Collin County from Dallas County, according to the plaintiff's attorney, Yoel Zehaie.

Last week, the suit was dropped in Dallas County after the woman's attorney submitted a request for a "non-suit without prejudice," which allowed the accuser to re-file the suit later. In an e-mail, Zehaie said the move to Collin County was made "for purposes of convenience," since Prescott's initial suit seeking damages was brought in that county.

In March, Prescott filed a suit seeking monetary relief in excess of $1 million after receiving a letter in January from attorneys Bethel and Yoel Zehaie on behalf of a woman accusing Prescott of sexually assaulting her in February 2017, according to the suit.
